Nursery ManagerLocation: Sharjah

Job Summary:The Nursery Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of the nursery, ensuring high standards of education, child welfare, staff performance, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursery.
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate teaching and support staff.
• Manage and monitor curriculum implementation and educational quality.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, safety, and safeguarding requirements.
• Maintain positive relationships with parents and handle inquiries and concerns.
• Support admissions, enrollment, and nursery growth initiatives.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in early childhood education, including at least 3 years in a management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Sound knowledge of nursery operations, curriculum management, and child safeguarding practices.

Preferred:

• Experience managing a licensed nursery in the UAE.
• Relevant leadership, safeguarding, and first aid certifications.
