Nursery Manager / Early Years Manager (Bilingual – Arabic & English)

Location: Al-Mutlaa City, Kuwait

A bilingual nursery (Arabic–English) located in Al-Mutlaa City is seeking a qualified and experienced Nursery Manager / Early Years Manager to lead academic and administrative operations and support the establishment of a high-quality early years learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily nursery academic and administrative operations
• Support implementation of Early Years educational programmes (EYFS preferred)
• Supervise and support teachers and assistants
• Participate in staff training and performance development
• Ensure compliance with nursery regulations and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff
• Assist in developing policies, procedures, and improvement plans

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years experience in nurseries or kindergartens
• Minimum 2–3 years leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Fluency in English (spoken & written)
• Arabic language preferred
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Experience with EYFS curriculum preferred
• Experience supporting nursery setup or development is an advantage
