Nursery Manager Female Only

Position: Nursery Branch Manager
Gender Requirement: Females Only

We are looking for a highly qualified Female Nursery Branch Manager to join our nursery team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in nursery management, team leadership, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety within the branch.

Required Qualifications:

• Female candidates only.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in nursery or early childhood management (mandatory).
• Age below 43 years.
• Excellent knowledge of Ministry of Education / ADEK regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong experience in staff management, parent communication, and educational supervision.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage daily operations and ensure full compliance with policies and procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Full supervision of daily branch operations.
• Managing and guiding teachers and support staff.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality of education.
• Communicating effectively with parents and building trust.
• Preparing reports and coordinating with the head office.
• Implementing MOE and ADEK regulations across the branch.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• أن تكون المتقدمة أنثى فقط.
• حاصلة على بكالوريوس تربية أو تخصص ذو صلة.
• خبرة سابقة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة الحضانات (شرط أساسي).
• العمر أقل من 43 سنة.
• معرفة ممتازة بمتطلبات وأنظمة وزارة التربية والتعليم / ADEK.
• خبرة في إدارة الطاقم، التواصل مع أولياء الأمور، والإشراف على العملية التعليمية.
• مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية قوية.
• القدرة على إدارة العمليات اليومية وضمان الالتزام بالسياسات والإجراءات.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• الإشراف الكامل على العمليات اليومية للفرع.
• إدارة وتوجيه فريق العمل (المعلمات – المساعدات – العاملات).
• ضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة وجودة التعليم.
• التواصل الاحترافي مع أولياء الأمور وبناء علاقة ثقة.
• إعداد التقارير والمتابعة مع الإدارة العليا.
• تطبيق اللوائح الصادرة من وزارة التربية والتعليم وهيئة المعرفة
