Nursery Manager Required (Abu Dhabi & Al Ain)

Al Dana Nursery, a leading early childhood education center in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, is seeking to appoint an experienced and qualified Nursery Manager to join our growing team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in managing a nursery or kindergarten.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or Educational Administration.
• Strong knowledge of ADEK and Ministry of Education regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage staff and daily operations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with parents and team members.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all educational and administrative activities of the nursery.
• Maintain and enhance the quality of teaching and child care.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for nursery growth and improvement.
• Ensure all health, safety, and child protection policies are strictly followed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
