Nursery Practitioner - West Finchley

Full time - 40 hours

Salary up to £31,000

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled practitioner to join our exceptional team at our purpose-built nursery in West Finchley. Your Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain high standards of quality within the nursery
• Support and supervise playroom staff in their daily duties
• Ensure staff are deployed effectively to meet required standards
• Implement and oversee key carer procedures, ensuring children are allocated appropriately
• Ensure that all practice aligns with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Provide professional and meaningful feedback to parents and carers
• Positively represent the nursery to current and prospective families
• Build strong, open working relationships with staff
• Ensure all staff maintain warm, professional relationships with parents and carers
