About the role

Source Supply is proud to partner with a range of private day nurseries across the Sheffield area and is currently seeking qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurses and Teaching Assistants to join our expanding team.

We are looking for dedicated, adaptable professionals who possess a strong understanding of Early Years education and a passion for supporting children’s development. This role offers the opportunity to work within a variety of nursery settings, delivering high-quality support where it is needed most. Responsibilities will include covering staff absences, supporting day-to-day nursery operations, and undertaking longer-term placements as required.

Ideal candidates will hold one of the following qualifications:

· NNEB

· NCFE CACHE Level 3 in Childcare and Education

· A relevant Early Years degree

You will play a key role in supporting the daily activities, care, and development of young children. A nurturing, proactive attitude is essential, along with the ability to integrate seamlessly into different nursery teams. Have sound knowledge and practical experience within Early Years settings, have a flexible and reliable approach, with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments

Requirements

Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:

- Experience in working with children in a school or specialist setting

- A nurturing, patient and consistent approach

- Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.

- Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.

- Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.

- Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
