Admissions & Sales Manager – Preschool

Terra Kids Preschool in Dubai is looking for a friendly and proactive Admissions & Sales Manager to join our growing team.

This role is responsible for communicating with parents, presenting our educational programs, and guiding families through the enrollment process.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with parents via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings
• Present preschool programs and explain the benefits to families
• Manage incoming leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
• Schedule visits, diagnostic sessions, and meetings with teachers
• Follow up with parents and guide them through the admissions process
• Maintain CRM and track communication with prospective families
• Support daily administrative operations of the preschool

Requirements

• Fluent Russian and English (required)
• Experience in sales, customer service, or education industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and responsible personality
• Ability to build trust with parents

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in preschools, nurseries, or education centers
• Sales or admissions experience
• Female candidate preferred
