Nursery Teacher

Job Summary

The Nursery Teacher will create a safe, caring, and engaging learning environment for young children. The role includes delivering age-appropriate lessons, supporting early development, and ensuring children’s well-being while promoting social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct interactive, age-appropriate lessons and activities.
• Support children’s basic learning: letters, numbers, shapes, colors, and early skills.
• Maintain a warm, safe, and organized classroom environment.
• Assist with daily routines, hygiene, and transitions.
• Observe and record children’s progress and behavior.
• Communicate with parents about student development.
• Manage classroom behavior with positive guidance.
• Participate in school meetings, events, and training sessions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience with young children (preferred).
• Strong communication, patience, and classroom management skills.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles.
• Creative, caring, and able to engage children through play-based learning.
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow school policies.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
