Nursery Teacher

Job Title: Nursery – Grade 2 Teacher

Location: Sector 128, Noida

Timings: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Experience: 5–7 Years (Mandatory)

Role Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, experienced educator who can lead by example. This is a dual-responsibility role: you will be a full-time classroom teacher for a designated grade while also serving as the Coordinator for the Nursery to Grade 2 wing. You will be the "face" of the primary wing for both parents and staff.

Core Responsibilities1. Mandatory Classroom Teaching (Primary Focus)

• Direct Instruction: Lead a classroom daily, ensuring high standards of student engagement and learning.
• Lesson Execution: Create and implement creative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Student Assessment: Maintain detailed records of student progress and developmental milestones.

2. Departmental Coordination (Leadership)

• Team Supervision: Monitor and guide all teachers from Nursery to Grade 2 to ensure curriculum consistency.
• Planning Oversight: Review weekly lesson plans and teaching aids used by other teachers in the segment.
• Daily Operations: Manage the daily schedule, including teacher substitutions, break-time duties, and event coordination.
• Mentorship: Conduct "peer observations" to help junior teachers improve their classroom delivery.

3. Administrative & Parent Liaison

• Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for parent concerns within the Nursery–Grade 2 block.
• Reporting: Report directly to the School Principal regarding wing performance and resource requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 5 to 7 years of proven teaching experience. Candidates without prior experience in a Lead or Senior Teacher capacity will not be considered.
• Education: Minimum Graduation with B.Ed or NTT/ETT certification.
• Leadership Style: You must be able to multitask—managing your own students while being available to support your colleagues.
• Location: Must be able to commute to Sector 128 for an 8:00 AM start.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
