Nursery Teacher

Job Title: Nursery TeacherJob Summary:

A Nursery Teacher is responsible for providing a safe, caring, and stimulating learning environment for young children (typically ages 2–5 years). The teacher supports children’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development through structured lessons, creative play, and hands-on activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Create a warm, welcoming, and safe classroom environment
• Teach basic skills such as numbers, letters, colors, and shapes
• Encourage social interaction and positive behavior
• Monitor and assess children's progress and development
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children
• Organize creative activities such as storytelling, music, arts, and outdoor play
• Follow school policies and early childhood education guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in early childhood education (preferred)
• Knowledge of child development principles
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
