Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Preschool/Nusery Teacher role based in Al Saadiyat Island Abu Dhabi. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, developing and implementing curriculum tailored to young learners, and fostering a supportive and stimulating learning environment. Responsibilities include guiding children through early childhood education, ensuring their developmental milestones are met, and maintaining effective communication with parents and guardians. Collaboration with colleagues to uphold the Montessori-inspired philosophy is also an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• You must have at least 2 years experience in nurseries in UAE.
• Expertise in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development tailored for young learners (2-5 years)
• Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten instruction
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively
• Commitment to nurturing children’s curiosity, creativity, and emotional growth
• Experience with Montessori or other child-centric teaching methodologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with children
