Position Overview

We are looking for a warm, reliable, and energetic Nursery Worker to supervise and care for the children of our members during their workouts. This is a meaningful role that directly supports our members' fitness journeys and creates a safe, fun environment for kids of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing childcare for children of members during their time in the facility
• Manage the check-in and check-out process for all children, ensuring accurate records and that children are only released to authorized guardians
• Maintain a clean and sanitized nursery environment, including toys, surfaces, and common areas, in accordance with health and safety standards
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that keep children engaged and entertained
• Respond calmly and effectively to the needs of children, including comforting upset kids or handling minor first aid situations
• Communicate any concerns or incidents promptly to management

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children (childcare, babysitting, classroom aide, etc.) strongly preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Friendly, patient, and dependable personality
• Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the entire shift
• Must pass a background check

Schedule

Shifts will align with peak gym hours, including mornings, early afternoons, and select weekends. Specific availability needs will be discussed during the interview process.

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience. Part-time staff also enjoy complimentary gym membership access.

Pay: $9.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
