Nurses (IVP Drips)

Experience Required

1–4 years (IV Therapy / Clinical Nursing experience preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate IV Therapy Nurse experienced in administering IVP drips and intravenous therapies. The nurse will be responsible for patient assessment, safe IV insertion, drip administration, monitoring patient responses, and maintaining high standards of clinical care and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer IVP drips, IV fluids, vitamins, and medications as prescribed
• Perform safe IV cannulation and ensure proper vein selection
• Monitor patients before, during, and after IV therapy
• Identify and respond to adverse reactions or complications
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
• Follow infection control protocols and clinical SOPs
• Educate patients on post-IV care and precautions
• Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff as required
• Ensure proper disposal of medical waste and used consumables

Required Skills & Qualifications

• GNM / BSc Nursing qualification (mandatory)
• Valid Nursing Council Registration
• Hands-on experience in IVP drips / IV therapy
• Strong knowledge of infection control and patient safety
• Good communication and patient-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Professional appearance and empathetic approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
