Nursing Assistant

• Assist patients with activities of daily living , including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature.
• Assist in patient transfers, positioning, and mobility exercises.
• Provide compassionate and respectful care to residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
• Report any changes in the patient’s health, behavior, or condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for patients.
• Help with meal service, feeding assistance, and fluid intake monitoring.
• Ensure patient dignity and respect at all times, adhering to patient rights and privacy policies.
• Provide support to nursing staff as needed for clinical and non-clinical tasks. Qualifications:
• GDA or equivalent
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
