Hiring: Nursing Assistant – Bridge Home Care

Bridge Home Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistants to join our expanding home health team across Kerala. If you are passionate about patient care and supporting clinical teams, this role is ideal for you.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
• Support nurses and healthcare professionals in patient care tasks
• Monitor and report patient conditions and vital changes
• Help maintain hygiene, comfort, and safety for home care patients
• Assist in basic health checks and record-keeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
• Ensure a clean and safe home care environment

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Plus Two / Nursing Assistant Course (preferred)
• Experience: Prior experience in healthcare or home care preferred
• Good communication and patient-handling skills
• Compassionate, responsible, and dedicated to patient well-being
• Willingness to work in different locations across Kerala
