Nursing Assistant

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Support patients with mobility needs, including transferring, positioning, and walking assistance.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rate.
• Provide medication reminders as instructed by the nurse or family.
• Help with feeding and ensure patients receive proper nutrition according to dietary requirements.
• Maintain patient hygiene, comfort, and safety at all times.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning the patient’s room, changing bed linens, and keeping the environment tidy.
• Assist with medical equipment setup and basic care under nurse supervision.
• Observe and report any changes in the patient’s physical or mental condition to the nurse or supervisor immediately.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance the patient’s well-being.
• Support patients in exercises and rehabilitation activities as guided by medical professionals.
• Document daily care activities and maintain accurate records.
