Nursing Assistant ( Male)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist orthopaedic doctors and nurses in patient care and procedures
• Support patients with mobility, ambulation, and use of walking aids (walker, crutches, wheelchair)
• Assist in shifting orthopaedic patients for X-ray, OT, physiotherapy, and investigations
• Help in application and removal of splints, braces, and traction under supervision
• Monitor and report patient condition, pain levels, and discomfort to nursing staff
• Assist bedridden patients with hygiene, positioning, and pressure sore prevention
• Maintain cleanliness of wards, beds, and orthopaedic equipment
• Follow infection control, safety, and biomedical waste protocols
• Support emergency care for trauma and fracture cases

Skills & Requirements:

• Nursing Assistant / GDA Relevant Certification
• Good patient-handling and lifting techniques
• Physical fitness to assist orthopaedic and post-operative patients
• Basic understanding of orthopaedic care and safety
• Willingness to work in shifts and emergency situations

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
