Gurnick Academy is a leading Bay Area private healthcare college offering an extensive variety of Nursing, Allied healthcare, and Imaging programs.

We are currently looking for a Nursing Clinical Partnership Coordinator for Gurnick Academy. This is a Hybrid position at our San Jose Gurnick, CA Campus.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000

Basic Function

The basic function of the Nursing Clinical Partnership Coordinator is to develop and execute strategies to identify, gain access to, and develop key relationships for the purposes of nursing clinical site acquisition, and high-level site support to the Department of Nursing. This activity includes six key areas of focus:

Ultimately the position will be responsible for the overall effectiveness and quality of marketing/sales support efforts to our nursing clinical partners. The priorities will be determined by the programmatic leadership and then initiated by the Nursing Clinical Partnership Coordinator. Effectiveness will be evaluated based on the quality of relationships with the healthcare community, timely reporting, and to the degree that there are enough clinical sites / slots for students for the Nursing Clinical Partnership Coordinator clinical site responsibilities.

Experience & Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or at least two years related sales and marketing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 years of sales management / business development experience
• Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Basic understanding of CRMs
• Knowledge of educational institutions
• Management experience in an educational environment preferred
