Nursing Co-Coordinator

1. Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations within the healthcare facility.

2. Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with doctors and healthcare teams.

3. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and healthcare regulations.

4. Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and conduct training when needed.

5. Manage nurse scheduling, duty rosters, and shift assignments.

6. Handle patient admissions, transfers, and discharge coordination.

7. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation.

8. Resolve patient concerns and support quality improvement initiatives.

9. Coordinate communication between departments for efficient patient care delivery.

10. Assist in budgeting, inventory control, and resource management for the nursing department.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹35,750.00 per month
