• Oversees daily operations of the nursing department.
• Coordinates staff schedules and shift assignments.
• Ensures high standards of patient care and safety.
• Acts as a liaison between nurses, doctors, and administration.
• Supports training and development of nursing staff.
• Maintains accurate patient and staff records.
• Helps manage supplies and medical equipment.
• Handles staffing issues and resolves conflicts.
