Nursing College - Principal

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead our B.Sc. Nursing program. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, academic expertise, and a commitment to excellence in nursing education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the academic and administrative functions of the Nursing College.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation bodies.
• Develop and implement academic policies and nursing curriculum.
• Supervise and mentor faculty members and staff.
• Promote research and professional development among students and faculty.
• Foster relationships with hospitals and healthcare institutions for clinical training.

Qualifications & Experience:

✔ M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
✔ Minimum 15 years of teaching experience in nursing education.
✔ Proven leadership, communication, and administrative skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
