Nursing Coordinator

1. Coordinate daily nursing activities and staff schedules.

2. Supervise nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.

3. Monitor patient flow and manage bed allocation.

4. Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and hospital policies.

5. Communicate with doctors, nurses, and management for smooth operations.

6. Handle patient/attendant queries and resolve service issues.

7. Maintain accurate nursing documentation and reports.

8. Conduct regular staff meetings and briefings.

9. Oversee inventory of medical supplies and request replenishments.

10. Support training and onboarding of new nursing staff.

11. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and infection-control standards.

12. Coordinate emergency responses and critical situations efficiently.

13. Perform regular rounds to check service quality in all wards.

14. Liaise with other departments for patient services and coordination.

15. **Requirement: Female candidates only; must own or ride a 2-wheeler for inter-department or facility travel.**

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,500.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
