Education:
Diploma in General Nursing / BSCN / Post RN BScN / Diploma in Midwifery
Experience:
5 to 6 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations within assigned units.
- Ensure the provision of safe, effective, and evidence-based patient care.
- Monitor patient care quality indicators and implement improvement initiatives.
- Manage staffing requirements, duty rosters, and workforce allocation.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff.
- Conduct staff performance evaluations and facilitate professional development.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, health professionals, and other departments to ensure continuity of care.
- Address patient and family concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor unit resources, equipment, and supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain departmental reports and documentation as required.
