Nursing Home Transportation Driver Responsibilities:

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments, outings, and medical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times
• Assist residents with transferring in and out of wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility aids
• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or concerns to the nursing staff
• Maintain accurate records and reports on resident transportation and any issues that may arise
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices in patient transportation
