Job Description

• Implementation of Nursing Standard Guidelines, Policy and SOPs
• Implementation of Nursing Training and Development program in the department
• Nursing staff duty rotation for the department
• Monitoring, assessment, analysis and report keeping of Nursing Quality Standards
• Reports Preparation of Nursing Quality Indicators for the department
• Registers maintenance: Patient Admission, Discharge, Inventory
• Ensure the Patients Medical Documentation and Record Keeping in the department
• Evaluating staff performance and providing corrective measures if necessary
• Assessing, monitoring and caring for patients
• Communicating with upper management regarding Nurse performance, staff issues and changes to treatment protocols
• Remaining calm under pressure and be able to quickly and effectively delegate staff responsibilities during busy shifts or emergency situations

Qualification: Bsc

Language: English and Hindi Preferred
