Nursing In-charge (Staff In-charge)

Position: Nursing In-charge (Staff In-charge)

Department: Nursing Administration
Location: Shree Hospital, Kharadi
Reporting To: Hospital Administrator / Medical Superintendent

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the nursing staff to ensure smooth functioning of all wards and departments.
• Prepare and manage staff duty rosters, leave schedules, and shift allocations.
• Monitor quality of nursing care and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
• Conduct regular rounds to ensure cleanliness, discipline, and patient satisfaction.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to nursing staff.
• Maintain patient care standards, infection control, and documentation accuracy.
• Coordinate with doctors, management, and other departments for operational efficiency.
• Handle emergency situations and ensure adequate staffing at all times.
• Maintain inventory of medical and nursing supplies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• GNM / B.Sc. / M.Sc. Nursing with valid registration.
• Minimum 4–7 years of hospital experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of hospital protocols, documentation, and NABH standards preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
