Nursing incharge

We are looking for an experienced Ward Nursing Incharge to oversee the daily nursing operations of our hospital's ward. You will lead and supervise nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and ensure the smooth functioning of the ward.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide nursing staff, ensuring efficient patient care.
• Coordinate patient care plans with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards and patient safety.
• Manage staff shifts, performance, and training.
• Handle patient complaints and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• years of nursing experience, with at least 8 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.11 - ₹34,897.38 per month
