Nursing Instructor

Summary:
We are seeking an engaged and accountable Nursing Instructor dedicated to student success and academic excellence. The ideal candidate is adaptable, student-focused, and experienced in delivering high-quality nursing education across various learning formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver course content aligned with curriculum standards
• Track attendance, assess student outcomes, and submit grades on time
• Support program improvement through data analysis and evaluation
• Ensure compliance with institutional and accreditation standards
• Provide student advising, tutoring, and academic support
• Participate in program activities, committees, and industry engagement
• Maintain classroom professionalism and manage student conduct
• Collaborate with faculty and support student success initiatives

Qualifications:

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
• Active BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
• Recent direct patient care experience (within 5 years)
• Minimum 1 year of full-time RN clinical experience
• Prior clinical teaching or nursing education experience preferred
