Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures in nursing theory and clinical practice
• Supervise students during clinical placements and hospital training
• Develop lesson plans, assessments, and academic materials
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Support curriculum development aligned with healthcare standards
• Maintain compliance with academic accreditation requirements
• Collaborate with clinical partners and healthcare institutions
• Participate in faculty meetings, training, and academic development programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
• Valid nursing license/registration (home country or international equivalent)
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience
• Previous teaching or clinical instruction experience preferred
• Strong communication and mentoring skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural academic environment
• Passion for nursing education and student development
