Key Responsibilities
Nurse Education & Training
- Develop and implement orientation and ongoing training programs for nurses, caregivers, and healthcare staff.
- Conduct competency assessments and clinical skills evaluations.
- Provide education on:
- Patient care procedures
- Infection control
- Medication administration
- Wound care
- Chronic disease management
- Emergency response protocols
- Train staff on new clinical guidelines, technologies, and policies.
Staff Support & Mentorship
- Mentor newly hired nurses and caregivers.
- Provide coaching and performance improvement support.
- Promote evidence-based nursing practices. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies.
- Participate in audits, incident reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate education and competency records.
- Support infection prevention and patient safety programs.
Patient & Family Education
- Educate patients and families on disease management, medication use, and home care techniques.
- Develop educational materials and resources for home care clients.
Requirment
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare.
- Previous teaching, training, or educator experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of home healthcare regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
