Nursing Lecturer (M Sc)

Key responsibilities

• Teaching and instruction:
• Deliver lectures, seminars, and practical training sessions on nursing subjects.
• Develop and update course curricula in line with current professional and academic standards.
• Create course materials such as lecture notes, reading lists, and multimedia content.
• Demonstrate nursing procedures and best practices.
• Student support and assessment:
• Assess student performance through coursework, exams, and clinical evaluations.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
• Mentor and provide guidance to students throughout their educational journey.
• Guide students in simulation labs and real-world clinical scenarios.
• Clinical supervision:
• Oversee and supervise students during clinical rotations in various healthcare settings.
• Coordinate with clinical sites to arrange student schedules and ensure adherence to clinical and ethical guidelines.
• Administrative and professional duties:
• Participate in faculty meetings and academic audits.
• Engage in student counseling and professional development.
• Stay current with advancements in nursing and patient care.
• Collaborate with other faculty and university staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
