Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Manager located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Nursing Manager will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, coordinating daily operations, and implementing best practices in nursing management. The role involves managing critical care units, liaising with other medical and administrative staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Skills in Nursing Management, Nursing, and Patient Care
• Experience in Medicine and Critical Care Medicine
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Relevant certifications in nursing management and critical care
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is a plus
