As an Occupational Health Clinic (OHC) Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring employee health and workplace safety. Under the supervision of the Medical Officer, your responsibilities will include providing patient care, conducting health evaluations, and maintaining medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. With a strong foundation in medical terminology and record-keeping, you will help foster a healthier work environment while supporting employee well-being. Join us in advancing occupational health!

• Conduct health assessments and monitor employees' medical conditions in an industrial setting.
• Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with HIPAA compliance.
• Provide first aid and emergency medical care, ensuring all treatments are properly documented.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to design and implement health programs tailored to workforce needs.
• Promote workplace wellness by educating employees on health and safety best practices.

• Valid ANM/GNM nursing license and relevant certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Occupational Health Clinics (OHCs).
• Strong skills in patient care and health assessments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Proficiency in medical documentation and records management.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced industrial setting.
