Key Responsibilities

• Monitor newborn vital signs and oxygen levels
• Administer neonatal medications as prescribed safely
• Assist neonatologists during procedures and emergencies
• Maintain sterile NICU environment preventing infections
• Operate ventilators and neonatal monitoring equipment
• Document patient progress and treatment updates
• Educate parents about newborn care practices
• Respond promptly to neonatal medical emergencies.
