Key Responsibilities

• Prepare operation theatre before surgical procedures
• Maintain strict sterile environment during surgeries
• Assist surgeons and anesthetists during operations
• Monitor patient vitals throughout surgical procedure
• Handle surgical instruments with precision
• Ensure post-operative patient care and safety
• Maintain accurate surgical and nursing documentation
• Follow infection control and hospital protocols.

Skill & Experience

• Strong knowledge of surgical nursing procedures
• Excellent communication with medical team members
• Ability to manage emergencies calmly
• Proficient in sterilization and infection control
• Attention to detail during surgical assistance
• Physical stamina for long surgical hours.
