We require a medical related RECEPTIONIST Cum BDE (Nursing Education Institute) in Delhi academy of Medical Science Pvt Ltd (DAMS).

Exp- 0-2 year (fresher can also apply)

Salary- 16 k to 20 k

Location- Jaipur

Female prefered BUT MALE CAN ALSO APPLY.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Handle inquiries from visitors, clients, and employees
• Maintain visitor log and issue visitor passes
• Receive, sort, and distribute couriers and mail
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
• Coordinate with internal departments as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate or minimum 12th pass
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
• Good organizational and multitasking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
