Job Summary
Responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified nurses and healthcare staff to meet organizational staffing needs. Manages the full recruitment cycle and builds strong talent pipelines while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement nursing recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Screen, interview, and assess applicants.
- Coordinate with hiring managers on staffing needs.
- Manage offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
- Experience in nursing/healthcare recruitment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of nursing roles, licensing, and healthcare hiring practices.
