• Patient Assessment and Care: Conduct physical examinations, record patient health histories, and assess patient conditions.
• Treatment and Intervention: Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with medical procedures as ordered by physicians.
• Monitoring and Documentation: Monitor patients' vital signs, observe their progress, and accurately document all observations and care in electronic health records.
• Patient Education and Support: Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families regarding their conditions, recovery, and health maintenance.
• Team Collaboration: Work with doctors, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Coordination and Leadership: Coordinate various aspects of patient care, and may supervise junior nursing staff.
• Emergency Response: Respond to medical emergencies and administer basic life-saving measures when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
