Job Title:

Staff Nurse / Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

A Staff Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and supporting doctors in treatment procedures. The nurse ensures patient safety and follows hospital protocols and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients.
• Monitor vital signs (BP, Pulse, Temperature, Respiration).
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
• Assist doctors during procedures and rounds.
• Maintain patient records and nursing notes.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and surgeries.
• Maintain infection control and hygiene standards.
• Educate patients and families about treatment and care.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of medical equipment.
• Follow hospital policies and safety protocols.

Required Skills:

• Good clinical knowledge and patient care skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies.
• Teamwork and coordination ability.
• Basic computer knowledge (HMS software).

Qualification:

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing
• Registered Nurse (State Nursing Council Registration mandatory)

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹41,339.81 per month
