Nursing Staff _Elder Care

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care.
• Assist with the continuous development of staff.
• Identify hazards in the workplace and provide solutions.
• Develop programs to maintain health and safety.
• Identify work-related risks.
• Document all injuries and illnesses.
• Strong clinical management
• They should attend duties in self-presentable manner.
• They should not keep hair loose.
• Their hand nails should be properly trimmed and keep without polish.
• Immediately after reporting duty they will ensure that the medical room and surroundings are well cleaned. If not get it cleaned from the House keeping staffs.
• Chit-chatting while on duty is not all permissible.
• All should ensure that no Cell Phone is used while on duty and cell phone should kept in silent more.
• Any loss or damage of Hospital property should intimate in writing.
• They will ensure proper disposal of bio medical waste in proper manner and in prescribed norms.
• They will ensure that proper and timely services are provided to the resident.
• Problems of the residents if any shall be settled on priority and major problems be referred to Asstt. Nursing Superintendent.
• Ensure blood stained and tones bed sheets may not be used for bed making.
• Participating in training programs and surveys etc

Food & Stay will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
