Required Bsc., Nursing staff (GNM, )

B.SC(NURSING), GNM,ANMwith VALID NURSING BOARD REGISTRATION.

As a Staff nurse works for a health care facility that provides direct patient care.Staff nurses perform duties such as giving patients their medications, monitoring vital signs, documenting patients condition, and educating patients and their families about medical conditions.Helping the patient understand rights and responsibilities offered to them nursing protocols, Instructions and health care related information.

· Restores and promotes patients health by completing the nursing process.

· Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.

· Provides physical and psychological support to patients friends and families.

· Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with patients and their families.

· Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.

Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and hospital or regulatory standards.
