About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Superintendent to lead and manage the nursing department at our NABH-accredited hospital. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, in-depth clinical knowledge, and the ability to ensure the highest standards of patient care, nursing discipline, and hospital protocol compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and supervise the daily activities of all nursing staff across departments.
· Ensure quality nursing care, patient safety, and strict adherence to hospital and NABH standards.
· Plan duty rosters, manpower allocation, and leave schedules for nursing teams.
· Conduct regular training, performance appraisals, and skill enhancement programs.
· Monitor infection control practices and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols.
· Coordinate effectively with medical, paramedical, and administrative teams.
· Handle audits, nursing documentation, and maintenance of clinical records.
· Manage recruitment, induction, and evaluation of nursing personnel.
· Address patient and staff grievances promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Experience:

· B.Sc. / M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
· Valid Nursing Council Registration (Tamil Nadu preferred).
· Minimum 8–12 years of nursing experience, including 3–5 years in a supervisory or administrative role (preferably in an NABH-accredited hospital).
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
