Nursing Superintendent

Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing care.
• Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, including scheduling and assignments.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies.
• Collaborate with medical staff, administrators, and other departments to ensure quality patient care.
• Evaluate and improve nursing practices and programs to ensure efficient, effective and quality care.
• Maintain and update knowledge of current nursing practices and trends.
• Supervise the daily operations of the nursing department.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring, and implement performance improvement plans as necessary.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,685.09 - ₹25,000.00 per month
