Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Nursing Administration & Leadership: Oversee all nursing services, including developing, implementing, and enforcing policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Staff Management & Development: Recruit, schedule, train, and evaluate nursing staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels (rosters) and high morale.
• Quality Patient Care: Ensure high standards of nursing care, hygiene, and infection control, while investigating and resolving patient complaints.
• Resource Management & Budgeting: Plan and manage the nursing budget, including inventory control and ensuring the availability of necessary equipment.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaise between nursing staff, hospital administration, and doctors to ensure smooth hospital operations.
• Education & Research: Organize Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) programs, in-service training, and support nursing research.

Requirements

• Education: A B.Sc. in Nursing is typically required, with a M.Sc. in Nursing being preferred.
• Experience: Substantial clinical and administrative experience (often 8–10 years) in hospital nursing.
• Skills: Proven leadership, decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
