Nursing supervisor

Qualification- Bsc Nursing/Msc Nursing/GNM

Experience-Min 4-6 years working experience is required in relevant field.

job responsibilities-Participate in clinical governance by proactively managing patient feedback, attending peer review audits, monitoring care outcomes and reporting promptly to the Director of Nursing/Facility Manager and the Executive Director Clinical Governance, Education and Research any significant concerns with quality of care.

Deploy and ensure on-site safety practices in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

Supervise all medical personnel at the hospital. Monitor performance and quality of service.

Ensure Doctors are available in time. Patient round should be done in timely.

Design and deploy the duty Rota for Nursing Staffs and attendants.

Every day 5 minutes meeting with individual doc to understand their requirements.

Casualty visit and spend minimum 30 minutes everyday. Make sure all OTs are ready on day to day basis.

Monitor pathology and other diagnostic s personally and understand turn out of test .

ICU Visit daily basis to check and monitor .Discussion with critical patient attendance and VIPs.

Ensure coordination between doctors and make sure patient get best service

Pro-Patient grievance management and ensure effective redressal.
