Nursing trainer

• GD Goenka Healthcare Academy, Ludhiana is part of GD Goenka’s vision to provide high quality, career-oriented education in paramedics and allied healthcare. The academy offers a blended learning approach that combines classroom theory, practical simulation, and hands-on clinical internships
• Teach and facilitate nursing theory courses according to the curriculum (e.g., anatomy, physiology, fundamentals of nursing, pharmacology, patient care, hygiene, documentation, etc.).
• Guide students in practical skills: clinical procedures, simulation labs, patient interactions, basic life support, wound care, infection control etc.
• Supervise students during clinical postings/internships in hospitals or healthcare settings, ensuring learning objectives are met.
• Develop lesson plans, learning resources, assignments, and evaluation tools.
• Conduct assessments (theory & practical), provide feedback, track student performance, identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing standards, best practices, regulatory and safety guidelines.
• Mentor and support students in professional development, ethical practice, communication skills.
• Ensure a clean, safe, respectful learning environment (labs, classrooms, clinical sites).
• Collaborate with other faculty, administration and clinical partners for coordinating course schedules, resources, and student placements.
• Participate in training, faculty meetings, curriculum reviews, continuing professional development activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,353.83 - ₹24,031.86 per month
