Educational Qualification:

• B.Sc Nursing – Mandatory
• M.Sc Nursing – Preferred (As per Indian Nursing Council norms)
• Registered Nurse & Midwife (RN & RM) with State Nursing Council
• Teaching experience as per institutional guidelines

Key Responsibilities:1. Teaching & Academic Duties

• Deliver classroom lectures for GDA/GNM / ANM / B.Sc Nursing students.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, PPTs, and study materials.
• Conduct demonstrations in nursing foundation lab.
• Organize seminars, group discussions, and case presentations.
• Ensure syllabus completion as per university/board guidelines.

2. Clinical Supervision

• Supervise students during hospital clinical postings.
• Demonstrate nursing procedures at bedside if needed
• Guide students in maintaining clinical record books and procedure logs.

3. Student Evaluation

• Prepare internal assessment papers and assignments.
• Conduct practical examinations and viva.
• Evaluate answer sheets and maintain academic records.
• Provide constructive feedback for improvement.

4. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain attendance registers and academic records.
• Assist in inspection work and regulatory documentation.
• Support accreditation processes and institutional audits.
• Maintain lab inventory and equipment records.

5. Student Mentorship

• Act as class coordinator / mentor.
• Counsel students regarding academic and clinical performance.
• Promote discipline, ethics, and professional conduct.

6. Administrative Responsibilities

• Participate in academic meetings and curriculum planning.
• Organize workshops, health camps, and training programs.
• Assist in examination coordination and result processing.

• Preparing Timetable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹300.00 - ₹350.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 4 per week
