Nurturing Infant Educator

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement educational lesson plans and activities for students
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for students to learn and grow
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning atmosphere
- Collaborate with other educators and staff members to develop curriculum and instructional materials
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns

Experience:
- Previous experience working with students in a formal or informal setting (e.g., nannying, babysitting, tutoring)
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Note: A degree in Education or a related field is preferred but not required.
