Nurturing Nanny Needed for 1 Baby (First-time Parents)

Location: Bethesda, MD

Hourly: $32-$34/hr

Hours: (M-F) 10am-6pm

Ages: 5 mos

First-time parents in Bethesda are seeking a professional, warm, and engaging nanny to care for their 5-month-old baby. This sweet baby is becoming more active, so the family would love a nurturing caregiver who is energetic, interactive, and able to keep up with his growing curiosity; planning stimulating activities, going on walks, visiting the park, attending story time, and keeping him happily engaged throughout the day. You will be responsible for all baby-related duties, including baby laundry, washing bottles and dishes, and maintaining clean and organized nursery and play spaces, with a positive, “can-do” attitude. Mom works from home, so this role requires someone comfortable collaborating as part of a team in a shared environment. The family has a friendly dog, so comfort around pets is important. Travel flexibility is required, as the family spends summers in New York City and would love for the nanny to join them for part of the season.

Qualifications⁣

• At least 5 years of recent professional nannying experience⁣
• Must be legal to work in the US
• Must be local to the DC-metro area (DC, MD, VA)
• Must be comfortable around dog
• Licensed driver with a clean driving record & car⁣
• Must be Covid-vaccinated with recent vaccine or Booster

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour
