Nutritionist cum Sales Executive – Meal Prep & Subscription Plans

Job Summary

We are seeking a Nutritionist cum Sales Executive with direct experience in the meal prep subscription industry to manage customer inquiries, convert leads into active subscribers, and drive plan renewals. This role requires a consultative sales approach, guiding customers in selecting the right monthly healthy meal plans based on their dietary goals, preferences, and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and messaging platforms.
• Consult customers on dietary goals, calorie needs, food preferences, allergies, and budget.
• Recommend and sell suitable meal subscription plans (weight loss, balanced, muscle gain, etc.).
• Clearly explain menus, plan durations, pricing, delivery schedules, and pause policies.
• Achieve monthly targets for new subscriptions and renewals.
• Proactively follow up with existing customers to secure renewals and reduce churn.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and referrals.
• Update CRM systems with accurate customer data, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment.
• Share customer feedback to support improvements in menus, pricing, and service quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a meal prep / healthy food subscription company (mandatory).
• Proven experience selling monthly or multi-week meal plans directly to customers.
• Strong telesales and consultative selling skills.
• Good understanding of basic nutrition concepts (calorie-based or goal-based meal plans).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Proficient in CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and sales targets efficiently.

Preferred

• Experience working with UAE-based meal prep or subscription food brands.
• Background in customer retention, renewals, and upselling longer-duration plans.

This Role Is NOT Suitable For

• Candidates with only generic telesales or call-center experience
• Sales professionals without exposure to meal prep or subscription-based F&B models

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
